E-tail group Jump Shopping expects its revenue to soar by about 300% by the end of this year, boosted by several new partnerships that it has entered into - the first such partnerships the company has formed with established brands.

The expansion adds between 200 and 300 products to Jump`s retail range, and owner Jaco Roux is confident the group is set to reach its product-offering target of one million by the end of 2005.

Jump`s product offering now stands at about 38 000 and is growing fast, says Roux, adding that the company`s subscriber base is just under 10 000 and traffic is heading towards a million impressions a month.

"Partnerships make a major difference, allowing businesses to focus on their core functions and offer specialist advice to customers," Roux comments.

The latest partnerships will now enable online customers to buy all products available from Look and Listen, Egos, BT Games and NetFlorist directly from Jump.

"We are now seeing our customer base grow at almost 300 a day, and the current partnership model we have adopted allows us to easily enter into new partnership, which will allow us to grow our product range with great ease," Roux claims.

Jump is seeking to partner with several other established brands in the near future and says the next step will be a book section that would include all South African titles. Currently, 150 brands are available at Jump.
