International document management programme, Johannesburg, November 2007

Johannesburg, 01 Nov 2007

Due to demand, NokusaEI, a leading South African ECM consultancy, is offering AIIM`s internationally recognised professional ECM (enterprise content management) certification programme.

NokusaEI will be delivering the complete range of modules for the ECM Master Certificate course which has been developed by AIIM (www.aiim.org), the international authority on enterprise content management.

Rob Cells, a director of NokusaEI, states that the need for ECM training is vital for the proper management of corporate documents.

Also, due to the increase in the number of ECM technology implementations, there is a need for an understanding of what it takes to plan, manage and implement ECM technology. ECM includes document, record, Web content and e-mail management and associated technologies.

The ECM Master Certificate Programme provides complete coverage of ECM for professionals working in both the public and private sector. Participants will learn to plan, design and implement ECM projects based on theory, case study exercises and business experience.

The complete programme of the AIIM ECM Certificate course will be offered over four days, from 27 to 30 November, at NokusaEI`s training centre in Randburg.
