Lexmark International, SA has introduced two new X-Series printers: the Lexmark X9350 Wireless Office All-in-One with two-sided printing, and the Lexmark X5470 All-In-One with fax and photo.

Priced at R3 499 (including VAT), the Lexmark X9350 prints up to 32 pages per minute (ppm) black and 27ppm colour, and is the only AIO in its class equipped with built-in wireless connectivity and automatic two-sided printing. The X9350 also uses the new Evercolor II pigmented inks.

The built-in wireless capabilities of the Lexmark X9350 will appeal to today's laptop users who want the flexibility to print without being anchored to their printer, and prefer the clutter-free work environment of wireless. And for offices with multiple users, wireless and Ethernet networking make it possible to print from a single printing device - with or without a direct connection.

The Evercolor II pigmented ink technology makes professional calibre results a reality, delivering crisp, clear results that are water-resistant and resistant to smearing from being handled or from markers used for highlighting text.

The fade-resistance characteristics and vibrant colours produced by Evercolor II pigmented inks and Lexmark PerfectFinish Photo Paper provide outstanding printed results that can stay that way for years to come.

The Lexmark X5470 sports a stylish, compact design for today's home office, while also delivering workhorse performance with print speeds of up to 25ppm black and 18ppm colour**, a 10-sheet automatic document feeder, premium photo features and PC-free photo, fax and copy capabilities.

The Lexmark X5470 is equipped with Lexmark's exclusive Fast Pics and Imaging Studio software that make it easy for users to enhance, print and manage their photos. Users can also create borderless 4x6 inch (10x15cm) photos via memory cards or PictBridge cameras; or work directly from a memory card to print a photo proof sheet by selecting images and scanning the proof sheet to print their photo selections.

For those seeking even higher-quality results, the Lexmark X5470 can create stunning six-colour photos at resolutions up to 4 800x1 200 dots-per-inch on photo paper with an optional photo cartridge.

The Lexmark X5470 features the Lexmark Web toolbar for users to print only what they need from the Web. With a few simple clicks, the Web toolbar will automatically format Web pages to fit on a standard page without cropping and losing text or other information.
