IT services and solutions provider, Datacentrix, has provided conservation and scientific research body, SANParks, with a wireless network infrastructure at the Skukuza Camp in the Kruger National Park.
This will provide wireless network and Internet connectivity to SANParks staff and external researchers in Skukuza.
It enables users to access online resources and upload data gathered with the least environmental impact.
The wireless network installed links the camp's main server room, the airport, the scientific research facility and the N'waswitshaka research camp, and covers a 4km radius.
