Customer interaction specialist Inter-Active Technologies to sponsor exclusive BPS&O research event in September

Johannesburg, 10 Jul 2013

Knowledge Executive, a leading market research organisation focusing on the marketing, social, business process services and outsourcing (BPS&O) sectors, is pleased to announce the hosting of its C-level event between 4 and 5 September 2013, in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Approximately 120 local and international knowledge leaders are expected to gather at the exclusive Emoyeni Conference Centre & Estate, in Parktown, to attend the event, which is being sponsored by Inter-Active Technologies.

Brendan van Staaden, CEO of Inter-Active Technologies, sees the sponsorship of this event as a reflection of Inter-Active Technologies' commitment to the customer service industry. "We are pleased to be able to sponsor a platform where like-minded leaders and professionals are able to share thoughts and strategies in an industry where our aim is to serve the interests of our customers," says Van Staaden.

According to Mark Angus, CEO of Knowledge Executive, the event will be utilised to discover the opinions, predictions and forecasts of C-level executives within the areas of human capital, skills development, training, telecoms, technology, outsourcing and offshoring.

From keynote presentations and panel discussions to exclusive C-level research roundtables, we want to plot trends, opportunities and threats for the South African BPS&O sector and how the country can increase its market share of the global business process outsourcing industry," says Angus.
