Britehouse launches SAP Retail practice

Britehouse,a division of Dimension Data, is proud to announce the launch of its SAP Retail practice.

This will be a focused SAP services business dedicated to the retail industry vertical in the Middle East and Africa, including South Africa. The SAP Retail practice combines deep knowledge of retail processes with a clear understanding of how SAP can support these companies.

Britehouse covers the full scope of SAP solutions for retailers, including core ERP components on S4/HANA and ECC6, Customer Activity Repository (CAR), BI, customer engagement and commerce.

The SAP Retail practice will leverage Britehouse's market-leading capabilities in deploying, innovating and supporting SAP solutions across industries to offer a full range of services, including strategy and roadmapping, solution design, implementation, S4/HANA migration, cloud services and application management.

The Britehouse retail capability will also be able to draw on retail expertise from other global Dimension Data Group/NTT SAP entities, including E2Y (leading European commerce services provider) and Itelligence (global SAP Platinum Partner).

Rapidly evolving customer engagement models and the necessity for greater operational efficiency are driving the need for innovation and agility in retail processes and supporting technologies. A large focus of our SAP Retail practice will be to innovate around the edge of the core SAP platform, including digital and mobile offerings, SAP Cloud Platform, IOT, RPA and advanced analytics. The SAP Retail team will collaborate with the digital and cloud capabilities in Britehouse and Dimension Data to offer its retail customers the best insight and service capability.

Britehouse has appointed Tony Nugent as Executive SAP Retail to lead the retail practice. He has more than 20 years' experience in this area in South Africa, the UK and globally.
