MCI’s Direct Hire Recruitment Software continues its Cotlands sponsorship

Johannesburg, 17 Jul 2019

In South Africa, the month of July has been set aside to take part in making the world a better place in commemoration of Nelson Mandela. MCI has sponsored the use of its Direct Hire Recruitment Software to Cotlands since 2017 in an effort to make a difference in the lives of those that need it most, not just for Mandela Day but on an ongoing basis.

“We believe that sponsoring Cotlands the use of our software and providing ongoing support to the organisation enables them attract the best candidates possible to help make a difference in the lives of those that need it most,” commented Rhett Davies, Business Partner at MCI.

Cotlands is a non-profit organisation that provides programmes aimed at getting children ready for formal schooling. The programmes are designed to enhance the children’s social-emotional development, as well as creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving. Their main aim is that children have the required skills for school by providing access to play-based early learning opportunities.

Direct Hire is a powerful and versatile Web-based application specifically designed by MCI to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, improve efficiencies and reduce recruitment costs. The key focus of the e-recruitment software is to offer seamless online interfaces to deliver sophisticated workflow and accessibility for all stakeholders involved in the resourcing and HR processes.
