NCODED SOLUTIONS welcomes Karishma Sewduth as Business Development Manager

NCODED SOLUTIONS announced and welcomed Karishma Sewduth as Business Development Manager in charge of business development, advertising, sales and marketing.

Armed with eight years' experience in business development and management within the manufacturing and services industries, Sewduth brings with her a demonstrated history of working experience in advertising, event management, market research, marketing and project management.

Sewduth is a very strong business development professional with a master's degree focused on management science and marketing.

NCODED has, for the past 12 months, focused on strengthening its human resources capital in order to maintain its position as a leader in advanced planning and scheduling (APS) consulting in South Africa.

NCODED is the value-added reseller (VAR) of the Siemens acclaimed APS software called Preactor, and has also been recognised for exceptional achievements in implementing APS and shop floor control systems.

Sewduth has shown to have exceptional communication skills that were gathered over time when she worked at various large corporates. NCODED believes Sewduth's skills will stand her in good stead when managing existing relationships and developing new ones.

As Business Development Manager, she will be in charge of restructuring and growing her own sales and marketing team.
