Blue Turtle has announced that BMC Software will further expand its Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) offering with Remedy with Smart IT. This newly added tool will be launched at the BMC Engage (13-16 October 2014) to be held in Florida.

BMC Engage 2014 is an IT management conference where BMC customers, partners, IT practitioners, and product experts will share insights and best practices to support the delivery of digital services and drive business transformation.
