Far South Networks, a leading supplier of IP PBX and SIP Gateway products, in association with Call Cabinet Corporation, a leading provider of entries voice logging solutions, now offers its PBX customers with access to "Atmos", southern Africa's first cloud-based, compliant voice logger solution.
Leveraging a "Voice Logger in the Cloud" model, Far South Networks PBX customers are provided with ultimate flexibility, scalability, security and unlimited storage of their calls and other sensitive data, without the need for any additional hardware or installation services.
By establishing tight platform integration between the Far South Networks PBX and the Call Cabinet's global cloud-based voice logging platform, Far South Networks customers gain access to a secure voice logging service at the click of a switch, with no additional hardware required.
All presented call recordings are 100% compliant and are individually secured and encrypted at source. Customer call data is stored in the cloud across multiple servers and geographical locations. Atmos supports logging across multiple PBX sites or branch offices with the ability to search, sort and locate calls within seconds.
Whether required for staff training, dispute resolution, POPI compliance or for security reasons, this unique product bundle affords Far South Networks customers with an opex-only solution, with the selection of a service level of their choice.
"We are excited to work closely with Call Cabinet in establishing and maintaining synergies between our complementary product offerings in the ICT market," said Grant Broomhall, managing director of Far South Networks. "We are proud to be the first to market in southern Africa offering our PBX customers with seamless access to voice logging services now, and look forward leveraging further value-added applications going forward."
Far South Networks will launch the Atmos product bundle via its distribution channel partners on 1 December 2014. Customers with existing Far South Networks PBXes will gain access to the Atmos call logger service via a single remote software update.
"Call Cabinet SA is extremely excited to launch South Africa's first hosted call recording solution on all the Far South Networks devices, as this will allow any SME to become fully compliant at a fraction of the traditional cost," said Matthew Balcomb, CEO, Call Cabinet SA.
