SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, announced today that Sandra Fraga has been appointed as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Within the dual role, Fraga will oversee all sales revenue for both channel and direct sales, as well as marketing for SYSPRO globally. This comes off the back of her appointment as Chief Marketing Officer, which she has held at SYSPRO since 2016.

Fraga has extensive experience in building successful sales and marketing strategies and teams. She spent nine years at Dell and was responsible for growing channel, acquiring and selling to distribution partners, managing global accounts and then the last three years leading the marketing teams across Emerging Markets, which covered 140 countries and three continents (Africa, CEE and Europe). Fraga then moved to Microsoft South Africa, where she was the Product Category Lead for two years, before joining SYSPRO.

Fraga holds a Master of Business Administration from Bond University. Her true passion lies in the upliftment of female leadership and the enablement of a seamless customer experience.

As the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at SYSPRO, Fraga is responsible for sales and marketing globally.

With a customer and partner first approach, Fraga, together with a team of professionals, is focused on creating customer success by nurturing relationships and building communities. She has an unwavering determination to increase SYSPRO’s brand awareness and believes in leveraging digital platforms and tools to engage with customers and prospects as their sales journey increasingly shifts digitally.

She then moved to Microsoft South Africa, where she was the Product Category Lead responsible for growing the Windows & Office business within the Consumer Channel Group.

She is an appreciator of innovation, creativity and data-driven decision-making. Fraga continuously strives to approach marketing and sales in a way that adds value to the unique business demands of each customer.
