CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY VENDOR PASS
- Cancellations must be received at ITWeb in writing 14 working days prior to the start of the event.
- Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
- Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.
- Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to Lerato Mathize at lerato@itweb.co.za
PAYMENT
Payment is required from vendors of IT products and solutions before admission to the conference can be guaranteed. A tax invoice will be issued immediately on receipt of booking. Payment options include:
- Payment by credit card
- Bank transfer - cheque payable to ITWeb Limited (reference BSC sent to you in the confirmation email)
Confirmation of your registration, as well as our banking details will be sent via e-mail at the time of registration.
By registering, you are agreeing to allow the data collected to be shared with the sponsors of this event. You may be contacted regarding the subject matter presented. ITWeb will not share this data with any parties not involved unless indicated.
