Adré Schreuder is considered to be the subject matter specialist in the field of customer experience measurement and management. He has over 25 years’ of business consulting experience and advises companies across multiple industries, both locally and internationally.
He realised a career dream in 2012, when he founded (and now chairs) the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi), an independent national benchmark of customer satisfaction.
Adré completed his Bachelors, Honours & Masters degrees in Business Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria (UP). He completed his doctoral studies at Rand Afrikaans University (now the University of Johannesburg).
He held various academic positions up to Professor and Head of Department before he concluded a business partnership with the campus company of UP (Enterprises at UP) to exit academia.
For the past 17 years, he has headed up Consulta, a customer insights consultancy, and currently holds the position of CEO.
