Leading local ICT and cloud solutions provider Elingo has confirmed its Gold sponsorship of the forthcoming G-Summit Johannesburg 2018, the flagship African digital transformation event for all Genesys customers and partners in South East Africa.

G-Summit Johannesburg 2018 is scheduled for 17 July at The Forum, Bryanston. The event will provide thought leaders, partners and industry specialists with the opportunity to discuss issues around customer experience and service delivery.

Genesys powers over 25 billion of the world's best customer experiences per year, with the focus being on providing value through true omnichannel engagement.
