Karabo studied BCom Information Systems and is a certified Project Manager, having attended executive programmes in Oxford and Insead. She has worked in various industries such as finance, FMCG, mining and petrochemical. During her time in corporate she built a reputation as a dynamic leader with a track record of solving business problems.
Using her expertise in IT, project consulting and business transformation she built many capabilities and delivered sustainable solutions.
With a solid base from corporate, Karabo decided to follow the entrepreneurial path. She currently owns a property investment business with her husband. Property has been the catalyst that's enabled them to pursue their dreams. She also teaches others on how to make investing in property a reality.
Karabo is a part owner and the CEO of a consulting firm CoLAB Project Implementation. Using her consulting and project management expertise she leads a formidable team in enabling businesses to deliver on their strategy.The company uses a 'best practical delivery' approach.
She continues to sharpen her skills as a business leader and practitioner. Having transformed her own life, she has dedicated herself to inspiring, teaching and enabling others to find true freedom.
