Isabella is a dynamic, driven and very passionate legal professional, specialising in corporate governance with a strong focus on data governance, data protection and technology law. She is an admitted Attorney and Notary Public and currently serves as a Legal Advisor in the Risk Management Department of Capitec Bank. She has always had a keen interest in corporate governance and her passion for technology law and data protection was sparked when she served as Legal and Compliance Manager at Zando, one of South Africa’s leading eCommerce fashion retailers. Isabella also runs her own legal practice, IG Hofmeyr-Pretorius Attorneys, on a part-time basis where she specialised in Conservation Law.
