Dr Premie Naicker is currently MD of FuseForward South Africa, a cloud computing company; executive director of Computer Aid International (SA), which provides computers to disadvantaged communities; and founder and CEO of Green Skills Consulting, which supports women and youth in skills development in the BI, analytics and Industry 4.0 space through an international volunteering programme called She Loves Data. Naicker was CEO for Yellowfin BI for sub-Saharan Africa and for a couple of international software companies. Naicker holds an MBA and a PhD on integral women leadership and integral enterprise development. She has spearheaded many change management programmes and projects and successfully integrated emotional intelligence and soft skills into the change programmes. Key focus areas are specifically in the business analytics and application development space.
