Carlos Gutierrez

ADM International GTM Leader, Micro Focus

Carlos leads the business development; go to market and strategy for Application Delivery Management (ADM) product portfolios in Micro Focus within International region with focus on increasing market share and revenues on these solutions. Carlos builds the bridges to make possible an effective cooperation around ADM business where all stakeholders inside and outside Micro Focus (sales organisation, product group, presales teams, alliances, channel and customers) are involved to develop a healthier and consistent ADM business.

Carlos joins Micro Focus in 2014 as Director of Presales for Iberia and Hispanic Latam, covering all Micro Focus portfolios. After one year, he is promoted as EMEA Borland Presales Director to perform later as Business Development Director for DevOps. After the merge with the HP Software division Carlos joins the Business Development Management organisation first as South BDM (Business Development Manager) and currently as INTL ADM Leader.

Prior to Micro Focus, Carlos was Business Unit Director for Ricoh Spain IT Services, with specialisation in IT Governance, Security and Software Testing and embracing both Consultancy and Services. Formerly he worked as Key Account Manager, Project Manager and Developer.

Carlos holds an Executive MBA from IEDE (Universidad Europea de Madrid), Masters in Marketing and eCommerce from ESIC (Madrid) and is Computer Engineer from Málaga University.
