AppCentrix is a managed services company that focuses on establishing monitoring as a discipline within our customers’ environments and providing our customers with business intelligence through our SmartICT service.

We were established in 2010 to help customers who had invested in prime technologies and weren’t seeing the anticipated returns. Although they were pouring effort, commitment and vision into implementing premium monitoring and analysis solutions, challenges with tools, technologies and skills prevented them from achieving reasonable return on investment, improved uptime or reduced meantime to repair (MTTR).

At AppCentrix we combine our experiences and insights, gained from market engagements, with our pool of skilled business and technology experts to develop services that unlock and support business and digital strategies.

Through our pursuit of Automation and Artificial Intelligence we further empower our customers to improve their service quality, efficiency, availability and performance. AppCentrix drives business intelligence.
