Talksure is excited to announce it is moving to new premises at Parkside, Umhlanga Ridge, in December 2018. Due to its rapid growth in both employee complement and business opportunities, Talksure has outgrown its current facility, and the time has officially come for the company to move on.
Talksure has been at its current location for seven years and it has served the company very well, giving it some great memories, but Talksure couldn't be more excited about its new office space.
From mid-December, its new offices at 62 Umhlanga Boulevard will be its new home. As part of its drive to achieve and maintain high standards, Talksure has invested in new purpose-built and state-of-the-art facility. The combination of a modern open plan office with contemporary facilities creates an amazing employee environment and one that caters to the growing demands of the business.
"This new facility will prove to be an icon for Talksure and Umhlanga. For the latter, it will bring about a beautiful aesthetic appeal, while for Talksure it holds the key to allowing us to unlock enhanced operating proficiencies and continue on our growth trajectory for both new business acquisition and job creation. These are but a few of the enhancements the new facility will bring and indeed, we are excited about our new home," said Jacques de Beer, Talksure's Managing Director.
Just over 1km away from the current site, the new Talksure offices look out onto Umhlanga Boulevard, which is soon to become one of the area's main commuting routes, with the development of the new Cornubia/Umhlanga interchange. This will improve its visibility and will be beneficial to both its employees and clients, as this road will form part of the forthcoming GoDurban route. While the company will miss its current neighbours, it looks to embrace the new ones that will join Talksure at 62 Umhlanga Boulevard.
Designed by Vara Ross, Talksure's new home will boast a total of just under 8 000m2 of space, including collaboration areas and a massive multi-purpose rooftop retreat and canteen, which provides expansive views over the Umhlanga area. It will also boast several state-of-the-art boardrooms, equipped with the latest technologies, and house a flagship training centre. Furthermore, the building will host a coffee shop, retail and outdoor space, plenty of parking as well as a secure and dedicated drop-off zone.
Each department has been decorated according to a theme, artfully demonstrating Talksure's unique personality as well as its own family brand, called Talkee.
