NetActive, Workgroup start online service for resellers
NetActive has partnered with Workgroup, an IT distribution company, to offer the computer reseller a community loyalty programme including free Internet access. A Web site with online ordering facility will be launched on November 15.
Connection Group launches Connect
The Connection Group says it has launched South Africa`s first loyalty programme for the IT industry. Called "Connect", it will reward customer support within the group`s entire retail, training and solutions divisions. The free membership to Connect will offer discounts on the group`s products and services. Connect has initially been introduced at Incredible Connection stores and, by August 1999, will be extended to all divisions in the Connection Group, including Training Connection and Enterprise Connection.
