Moitra joined MTN SA from Dimension Data, where he served as GM for Managed Services (Outsource & Cloud) for the South East Africa region. Prior to Dimension Data, he held the position of Centre of Excellence lead at Tata Consultancy in Mumbai, India. He also served at Oracle Practice as sub-Saharan Africa head.

In his current role as GM for ICT Solutions, Moitra is responsible for designing and implementing MTN SA’s Enterprise ICT Solutions strategy, as well as leveraging MTN SA’s scale to identify opportunities that will drive commercial success across the market. He is also responsible for ensuring that MTN Business is positioned as the ultimate ICT provider of choice.

Moitra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Power from the University of Nagpur, in India, as well as a certification in Leading in the Digital World from IE Business School.
