Reneé Schoeman is a quantitative analyst at FNB. She has been working in the business intelligence field since 2000, when she was trained to consult on Hyperion’s consolidation tool, called HFM. Schoeman has been the lead consultant on various BI projects at large corporates and the lead consultant on FirstRand’s HFM international roll-out. She then joined RMB to set up its HFM consolidation environment, and was responsible for various projects such as a Forex Aggregation tool, Procure to Pay implementation as well as various African subsidiary treasury projects. Schoeman moved into customer value management, predictive analytics and reporting after joining Ashburton Investments, a subsidiary of FirstRand, and then at FNB. She is a qualified project manager and completed various data science MOOC courses.
