In October 2013 FS-Systems acquired 100% shareholding in Integrated Gaming Security Solutions (IGSS). The acquisition has extended FS-Systems expertise in High Definition IP video surveillance solutions, specifically relevant to the gaming vertical. Under the ownership of FS-Systems, IGSS underwent a brand and name change and operated as FutureVid Solutions from this date.
Gaming surveillance system needs to comply with the high standards set by gaming laws designed to protect casinos and punters alike, promoting fair gaming at all times. An HD surveillance system is an invaluable tool in ensuring the integrity of casino games and the gaming industry in its entirety.
Very specific camera positions are essential to achieving the perfect gaming views, good enough to be certified by the relevant gaming regulator.
FutureVid Solutions, and now FS-Systems, has the skills to design these intricate systems, with the ability to integrate with casino online systems and other disparate security systems. FS-Systems' ability to design these systems are underpinned by the years of experience individual team members have, serving as gaming surveillance operators and managers.
In 2014 Sun International awarded FutureVid Solutions contracts to supply and install complete HD IP surveillance systems at their newest casinos in LATAM, namely Ocean Sun Casino and Nao Sun Casino.
On completion of these two integrations, FutureVid Solutions has been incorporated into the FS-Systems Johannesburg branch office. The company can now offer casino and gaming clients an even broader selection of security and life safety solutions.
