OpenWeb launches new Internet Solutions fibre-based ADSL accounts

By OpenWeb
Johannesburg, 20 Jan 2008

The real advantage of these accounts will be the soft capping policy. The accounts are offered with a 'like for like' softcap, meaning that the 1GB account will allow 1GB of local bandwidth after cap, the 2GB account will allow 2GB's of local bandwidth after cap, and so forth. After you have reached your soft cap, you will not be billed for any excess usage, which allows users to control their monthly ADSL spending.

OpenWeb will be introducing these products at very competitive rates:

1GB (1GB local after cap) - R65
2GB (2GB local after cap) - R129
3GB (3GB local after cap) - R189
5GB (5GB local after cap) - R299
7GB (7GB local after cap) - R399
10GB (10GB local after cap) - R569
20GB (20GB local after cap) - R1099

The initial cap counts both local and international traffic. Your local traffic cap will only come into play once your initial cap has been reached. The new accounts are available with immediate affect, and may be purchased by visiting: http://fibre.openweb.co.za
