Local Internet service provider OpenWeb today unveiled an “affordable broadband deal”, Budget Unshaped ADSL, at R19 per Gigabyte.
OpenWeb CEO Keoma Wright says its entry-level capped product offers full ADSL line speed and is unshaped. “[It is also] contract-free and we offer instant activation.”
The monthly cost will depend on the package ordered from OpenWeb, ranging from 1GB to 20GB unshaped ADSL packages. An ADSL line from Telkom is also needed in order to make use of the deal.
“Daytime speeds are dynamically managed to ensure that all users on the network get the best possible speeds,” says Wright.
