Darryl Marcus is GM for the South African branch of enterprise mobile messaging platform Pypestream. In his role, Marcus leads Pypestream’s local strategy, business development and revenue generation in the Southern African region. He oversees planning, sales, marketing, operations and day-to-day decision-making to drive adoption for Pypestream and continue the company’s global growth strategy. Marcus completed his master’s of business administration degree in 2009 and has 16 years’ experience in the local business process outsourcing and call centre industry. Prior to joining Pypestream, he worked with a number of local systems integrators representing various international technologies, including NICE Systems, VoiceGenie, Nuance, Microsoft and Genesys.
