4most to launch powerful SAP-powered automotive dealer, vehicle management solution

Johannesburg, 30 Jul 2014

South Africa's automotive industry is not without challenges. Volatile changes, driven by changing consumer behaviour, has seen the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (NAAMSA) consistently record lower sales compared to 2013.

"The need to evolve is key," says Marius Fabian, MD, 4most, a leading supplier and implementer of SAP and ERP software and technology. "Players need to manage their roles in emerging and mature markets, with a focus on competitive differentiation." This includes cost reduction and the improvement of operational efficiencies.

"Collaboration is essential," continues Fabian. "All stakeholders, across the automotive value chain, need to look at a restructuring and integration of business to provide flexibility in this new operating environment."

Specifically developed for the automotive industry and powered by SAP Business One, 4most's Enterprise Manager (EMA) drives collaboration, cost and operational efficiencies. It provides a dealer and vehicle management system for large manufacturers (original equipment manufacturers) and vehicle dealerships (sales and service).

"Simple yet powerful, it can be tailored to fit today's needs while adapting to tomorrow," says Fabian. As an integrated management solution, EMA provides a single system that automates processes and delivers a reliable, unified picture of operations based on up-to-the-minute information.

The official launch of 4most's EMA will provide an opportunity to demonstrate its ability to ease industry challenges, capture opportunities and manage complex processes - all in one simplified, user-friendly and intuitive system. "It's an event tailored to the automotive industry," continues Fabian, "and will include a forum for the discussion of pertinent issues relevant to industry players."

The event will be hosted at the SAP Business Park, Woodmead, Johannesburg, 26 August 2014 at 2:30pm. While no cost for attendance, registration is essential. Please e-mail info@4most.co.za or visit www.4most.co.za.
