IT Naledi Solutions forms a strategic partnership with Samsung

Johannesburg, 09 Oct 2014

IT Naledi Solutions today announced it has partnered with Samsung to become a Samsung Authorised Services Partner for the company's complete range of business-to-business (B2B) equipment as well as its substantial selection of tablets.

"We will not only be selling Samsung's B2B range of business equipment, but also fulfilling warranty activities and providing end user support," commented Hashiem Bardien, Sales and Marketing Director at IT Naledi Solutions. "And, on the tablet front, we will also be fully certified. These ranges of products will complement our current activities within the user base as well as opening up many new and exciting opportunities.

"We already have expertise in implementing and maintaining similar and complementary equipment and systems, and thus, this new relationship is a natural extension of these capabilities," explained Bardien, "It has always been part of our strategy to establish additional vendor agreements of this nature and this relationship is but one example of this.

"I hope this initiative will be one of several new partnerships we are seeking to cement," continued Bardien. "There is no doubt it will help to consolidate and expand our operations in the Western Cape and provide our customers with some new and exciting futures. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Samsung going forward."

"We welcome IT Naledi Solutions as part of our partner ecosystem. At Samsung, we believe in partnerships that create value for everyone involved, and through sharing a unified vision we can work together to improve how people live their lives. The Samsung Business-to-Business (B2B) team believes in partnering with businesses such as IT Naledi Solutions, giving them access to solution architects, training specialists, sales and marketing support as well as market insights. In the end, we transform businesses by combining our constant innovation in technology with their in-depth understanding of their customers' needs and aspirations," concluded Richard Chetty, Director of Services at Samsung South Africa.
