Payroll and HR solutions provider Sage Pastel Payroll & HR named KwaZulu-Natal-based Ritzy IT as its overall business partner of the year.
The award recognises Ritzy IT as Sage Pastel Payroll & HR's best performing business partner in terms of the revenue and sales generated during the period 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014. Ritzy IT has been a certified Sage Pastel Payroll & HR Business Partner for the past 14 years.
Owner, Roger Ramseier, says his success lies in working hard to keep his clients happy. "Always look after your clients and give more than what is expected. Persevere, even if that pot of gold seems unattainable," says Ramseier.
Helen Mclean, owner of HH Accounting, won the award for outlying regions including the Free State, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, North West and Limpopo. Outsourcing Solutions, represented by owner Erica Sathiah, was the leading Business Partner for Gauteng. In the Western Cape, the honour went to Preferred Solutions, represented by Rico Ferreira.
Sage Pastel Payroll & HR General Manager Laurica Kok says constant communication between Sage Pastel Payroll & HR and its business partners created greater all-round success for all parties. Roadshows, information sessions and end-user events have provided opportunities for Sage Pastel Payroll & HR to hear about the coalface experiences of business partners.
"We hope to achieve even greater success in 2015. Driving adoption of mobile and cloud solutions will be a growth opportunity in the coming year," Kok adds.
Lauren van der Merwe, Marketing Manager at Sage Pastel Payroll & HR, adds Sage Pastel Payroll & HR's online awareness strategies for 2015 will complement business partners' strong brands and word of mouth marketing, and will have a positive impact on their social networking and online presences.
