WNS South Africa scoops prestigious BPO industry awards

WNS Global Services South Africa, a leading global business process outsourcing company, walked away with five esteemed industry awards at the 2015 BPeSA Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Regional Awards ceremony.

The annual awards, which serve to recognise and celebrate outstanding contributions, achievements and best practice within the South African BPO industry, took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre on 26 September 2015.

WNS South Africa was awarded with the coveted Best Outsourced Contact Centre Award to recognise the company's commitment to clients and customers by demonstrating constant outperformance.

In addition, the remarkable efforts and achievements of individuals working at the company were also recognised. WNS received the Best Sales Agent, Supervisor of the Year, Best Contact Centre Analyst and Best Workforce Planning Professional awards.

BPeSA

BPeSA (Business Process enabling South Africa) is one of the official trade and investment bodies for the BPO and contact centre industry in South Africa. The aim of the awards is to recognise and reward excellence within the BPO / Contact Centre Industry. The awards comprises of 10 categories on an individual level and 15 categories on a company level. Nominees undergo a rigorous judging process and winners are selected by an independent judging panel.
