FlowCentric Technologies CEO, Jacques Wessels, announced the Reset of the company's partner channel yesterday at Resolution Circle Towers, Johannesburg.
"Since its founding 16 years ago, FlowCentric Technologies has grown into an international operation and our partners have been instrumental in enabling this development," stated Wessels.
He went on to explain that the Reset initiative is part of the company's global strategy for 2016 aimed at growing and maturing the FlowCentric Technologies international partner channel. The organisation's commitment to better serve and support their partners is evident by:
* The appointment of a global partner team that is responsible for designing and managing the partner programme across all the regions.
* The launch of the Partner Communicator mobile app to keep partners well-informed.
* The partner programme has been revamped to provide partners with even better access to resources and product collateral.
Innovation thought leader and guest speaker, Dr Gavin Symanowitz, provided the attendees with some food for thought by suggesting that organisations stop focusing on what their competitors do well but on new and unmet needs of their customer base.
Many of the event attendees agreed that the latest version of Processware 2016 is the ideal platform to turn innovative ideas into reality.
