ASYST International SA announced today that it has established ASYST Intelligence, a black empowered company created through a partnership with CIBER Information Holdings, a 100% black-owned and managed company. ASYST Intelligence`s core focus will be on providing business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.
ASYST Intelligence was previously a division of ASYST International and has a six-year proven track record of implementing leading business intelligence solutions. A Business Objects Enterprise Partner as well as a Microsoft Certified Partner, ASYST Intelligence has an established client base incorporating household names such as Anglo Platinum, Eskom, arivia.kom, Absa, Phalaborwa Mining, RMB Private Bank and Armscor.
ASYST Intelligence is 32% black-owned. CIBER Information Holdings (Pty) Ltd owns 30% of the company, with the remaining shareholding being in the hands of ASYST International. The deal is effective immediately.
CIBER provides integration and systems solutions, assisting clients in the smooth implementation of information technology. CIBER`s core business is focused around software development and systems integration, IT and business strategy consulting, outsourcing and enterprise solutions.
