Oracle intros latest version of BI app

Oracle has introduced the latest version of Oracle Health Sciences Clinical Development Analytics, CBR reports.

The new business intelligence application is said to improve the quality and timeliness of clinical trial data and also promises to simplify and prioritise the responsibilities of study managers, clinical data managers and site monitors.

The new release delivers advanced dashboards that are designed for clinical trial roles to increase resource utilisation, besides providing a unified view across operational systems on a single screen to help organisations merge data from multiple clinical trial sources, the company says.

“Clinical trial sponsors and their partners, navigating increasingly complex and lengthy development cycles, are intently focused on improving data quality and clinical programme productivity while reducing costs,” Technology Digital quotes Neil de Crescenzo, senior VP and GM, Oracle Health Sciences, as saying.

“The newest version of Oracle Health Sciences Clinical Development Analytics, which features integrated content, expanded dashboards and optimised reporting, delivers the insight that study sponsors, managers and monitors require to achieve these goals and accelerate the delivery of new products to the market.”
