INOVO, a leading supplier of telephony and contact centre solutions, and Presence Technology, a leading provider of multichannel contact centre software, have launched a Dialler Challenge, part of the All-In-One Contact Centre Suite.
The Dialler Challenge aims to beat any dialler on the market, achieving a minimum of 20% improvement in productivity over a customer's existing dialler.
Presence Technology announced the new contact centre dialler initiative in South Africa with its partner, INOVO. The "Dialler Challenge" offers contact centres the opportunity to run a trial of the Presence Dialler prior to making a purchase decision.
The programme includes installing the dialler in a contact centre, to set and run outbound campaigns, a fixed period trial at the contact centre that includes user training.
INOVO CEO Wynand Smit says: "The Dialler Challenge will assist customers to significantly increase the productivity of their outbound call centres by offering a no-risk trial, allowing customers to prove the return on investment prior to any investment."
