About the survey
Organisations are looking for ways to provide better, faster services while leveraging and optimising investments in existing infrastructure and systems.
With Kofax Mobile Capture, field representatives or customers themselves, can initiate or complete processes by submitting requested documents and data from a mobile device, at the earliest point in the process, for increased responsiveness, better customer service and a greater competitive advantage.
On this note, Kofax, in partnership with ITWeb, conducted a survey to determine:

|2)||What are the main obstacles to utilising mobile capture?|
|3)||What are the main drivers for mobile capture?|
The 2013 Mobile Survey was run online on ITWeb for a period of two weeks, from the 18th November.
