Infrastructure key for Datacentrix

Building an agile IT infrastructure is a complex undertaking, where the need for quick and easy accommodation of changes in business processes and technology is key.

Datacentrix Infrastructure Solutions offers a comprehensive range of modular managed services. Customers can choose from the provision of a full managed service including strategy, planning, procurement, user support, network monitoring and overall project management, to smaller contracts, in which Datacentrix Infrastructure Solutions can manage and run a single service.

More specifically, the division offers the following services: software upgrade projects, consulting and audits, maintenance offering with flexible service levels, installation, integration and configuration, vendor warranty services for Compaq, IBM and HP, a helpdesk with direct customer access, security, managed infrastructure services, and Service Level Agreements.
