Following accreditation on HP and ADIC products, infrastructure and IT solutions provider, Datacentrix has augmented its services offerings to include the design, implementation and maintenance of storage products to customers nationwide.
"Datacentrix is certified to install and maintain all of HP`s mainline storage products. We have ensured that we have all of the essential skills needed for this, including Compaq Accredited Systems Engineer (ASE) and Master ASE," says Mpume Dywili, services delivery manager at Datacentrix.
The organisation is also an ADIC e-VAR, the highest level of reseller accreditation available, with engineers certified on the entire ADIC range of hardware and software.
"These qualifications enable Datacentrix to provide a higher level of support for regional customers," Dywili explains. "They also enable us to take the next step in our services offerings to customers, allowing us to design, implement and support a range of products, from desktops and printers to servers and now storage."
Additionally, Datacentrix has extended its range of service level agreements, which now cover customers` storage products for between one and five years. "We want to be a one-stop shop for South African organisations, allowing customers to rely on Datacentrix for all of their IT needs," says Dywili.
