Esquire Technologies, one of SA's largest distributors of computer hardware and peripherals, has announced its appointment as exclusive distributor for the full range CTX products in SA.
Esquire introduced the new CTX product line at the Computer Faire 2003 at Sandton Convention Centre on 13 May. The full product range will be available in SA in June 2003.
Established in 1981 in Taiwan as the first manufacturer of colour monitors, CTX is today a leading manufacturer of high performance display technology including quality colour monitors, LCD monitors, plasma screens, LCD projectors and data storage hardware, including CD-ROM and DVD-ROM drives. CTX has three regional headquarters around the world and seven regional branches.
CTX monitors have received numerous awards for product excellence, including March PC Advisor (UK), Top-10 Flat Displays for the S530, PV722E and PV700, and March PC World (USA) Top 1 for VL700. In addition, CTX PV700 LCD monitor won the "testwinner" from Germany PC Magazine in March 2003.
Esquire announced that a three-year nationwide warranty will accompany all CTX monitors, which will be distributed through its large dealer channel in SA and neighbouring territories.
