Esquire Technologies, a leading distributor of computer components, peripherals and lifestyle products, received recognition from the reseller community by receiving a total of 13 places at the prestigious annual CRN Outlook Awards ceremony held at The Venue in Rivonia, Sandton last night.
The CRN Outlook Awards, now in its tenth year, have made their mark as the premier barometer of success for vendors and distributors in a number of categories voted by the South African solution provider community. There are two sections in the awards ceremony - Distributor of the Year, presented in 17 categories and Channel Champions, honouring vendors in 21 categories.
Mahomed Cassim, sales and marketing director of Esquire comments, "We appreciate the vote of confidence from resellers who participated in this important industry survey. Esquire strives to continually improve its product range, service, availability, and price and recently introduced online ordering service, which makes trading easy and convenient."
At the CRN Outlook Awards ceremony, Esquire won first place in four categories, which include impact printers, inkjet printers, multi-function devices and UPSs.
Besides winning in these four categories, Esquire came second in four categories, namely audio visual devices, mid range digital cameras, peripherals and POS solutions; third in the high end camera category and monitors category; fourth place in the consumables category and notebooks category; and fifth place for notebooks.
