Following the signing of a partnership agreement with the Global Brands Group, it has been announced that Esquire Technologies is the official distributor of computer accessories carrying the FIFA brand for the upcoming 2010 FIFA World Cup.
Esquire's product range will include customised promotional products with the iconic 2010 FIFA World Cup branding, including mouse pads, notebook skins, CD wallets, CD holders and screen cleaners.
“Kicking off the partnership with Esquire Technologies is another positive step in obtaining readiness for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Esquire is a key distributor of various international brands of computer components and peripherals, as well as digital lifestyle products in South Africa, and we are confident their experience in local and international markets will prove invaluable to the team,” said Paul Zacks, General Manager of Global Brands Group.
In 2005, FIFA appointed Global Brands Group, the world's leading independent, international brand management, retail and licensing company, as both its worldwide exclusive licensing representative and store operator for FIFA branded retail destinations, from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Global Brands Group will act as the on-site concessionaire for all FIFA events throughout this eight-year term.
