Esquire Technologies has announced the availability of two Kingston products, the HyperX memory card and the SSDNow V series drive, both giving computer users more space, higher speeds and faster access to work, browse the net and play games.
The SSDNow V series makes for a perfect partnership with PC hard drive disk (HDD), allowing easy transition from HDD to SSD. The SSD drive comes with storage capacity from 30GB to 128GB, a 180MB per second read, and has flash-based technology that is used as a bootable system resulting in faster access to retrieve documents from the drive. The role of the existing hard drive is to store current data, saving users time and hassle of copying data to the new drive.
The benefit of the Solid State Drive (SSD) is that it has no moving mechanical parts, so it can handle tougher conditions when accessing information, making the drive shock resistant and operation and cooling silent. The drive is supported by Windows 7 Trim, which deletes garbage data in advance, allowing for more space and increased productivity.
Kingston completes the computer system for gamers and PC enthusiast with the HyperX memory kit, which gives users a higher level of performance and delivers a continuous adrenaline rush without experiencing gaming lags.
The HyperX is available in different storage and memory efficiencies, ranging from the basic DDR, DDR2 to the top-of-the-range DDR3 memory, each allowing fast speeds, low latencies and low power consumption. The memory kits are available in either single or a double-channel, while the DDR3 kit also comes in a triple module option and delivers higher speeds of up to 2 133MHz.
The Kingston SSDNow V series drive and HyperX memory card is available throughout SA at Esquire Technologies, leading distributors of IT and digital lifestyle products. For more information, contact 086 170 0000 or e-mail sales@esquire.co.za for your closest outlet.
