Far South Networks, a leader vendor of communications platforms for voice and data networks, provides a holistic telephony eco-system for the target SME market. Far South Networks' IP PBX products now interwork with Man3000, the market leading Telephone Management System (TMS).
Due to popular demand from their respective reseller bases, Far South Networks and Man3000 began interoperability testing in mid-2015. The aim of achieving technical interoperability between their respective platforms was to support a simple installation for the reseller and to expose all available features to the end user.
In completing this interoperability, Far South Network's IP PBX works seamlessly with the Man3000 Desktop Solution (for an on-site solution) and Man3000 DHS Premium Service (for a Web base solution).
Man3000 Desktop Solution allows the business user to closely monitor, analyse and control the monthly telephone cost, providing an up-to-date cost table and custom call costing. The Man3000 DHS Premium Service provides the PBX business owner with access to the extensive analysis of the PBX data, simply via a Web browser, including advanced reporting to quickly and efficiently reduce expenses and increase productivity.
Technical integration and testing was taken further enabling the Man3000 Budget Controller to take complete control over each user extension offered by the Far South Networks IP PBX. The Man3000 Budget Controller sets precise budgets per extension, automates budgets on a monthly, weekly or daily basis and controls the telephone cost of the user automatically.
