UCS Technology Services has expanded its Enterprise Mobility services to leading FMCG retailers.
Retailers have moved quickly to adopt mobility across their businesses, primarily through the enablement of applications that deliver and improve customer service. UCS TS provides mobile device set-up and support services through its centre in Bloemfontein. The central set-up centre fully configures each device, including the loading of the customer's application. UCS TS currently works with SAP, TLantic MRS and a bespoke developed application. UCS TS also provides a unique contact centre that offers mobile device and application support. An innovative new rental stocktaking service has also been added to its offerings, which allows stores to order on-demand, per-day rental Motorola devices for stocktaking purposes.
Key partnerships have been formed with market leaders such as TLantic, which provides an acclaimed enterprise mobile retail solution, SOTI, a world-leading mobile device management platform, and Motorola Solutions - the industry leader for rugged, handheld mobile devices.
