TPB appoints new business development head

Johannesburg, 04 Mar 2004

Rosemary Dlamini-Abrahams has been appointed business development executive at The People Business (TPB) as part of the group`s commitment to its recently relaunched recruitment division.

TPB is an established group of companies specialising in the development and advancement of people in business. It delivers a comprehensive offering covering human resources consulting, recruitment, IT contracting, people development and executive services.

Dlamini-Abrahams has extensive experience in financial and ICT recruitment.

"Dlamini-Abrahams` appointment is a strategic move in order to strengthen the group`s recruitment capabilities," said Mark Fraser-Grant, who heads up the recruitment division.

"We`ve started creating a synergistic offering to clients across our portfolio of people-oriented solutions," he added.

Fraser-Grant said that an example of one of the many synergistic offerings is a cultural transformation project that will be introduced across vertical markets such as legal, to provide a competitive-edge and to effectively manage talent and optimise employee productivity.

"I look forward to adding strategic value to our clients, capitalising on my experience in the recruitment industry, together with the extensive offerings of the TPB group around people in business," said Dlamini-Abrahams.

Kathleen Genade, general manager of TPB Group, says Dlamini-Abrahams will focus specifically on the legal, financial and pharmaceutical markets.
