ForgeAhead has incorporated an executive business forum into its African ICT Achievers programme to increase the corporate social investment (CSI) component of the awards.
"The forum will highlight tangible and achievable objectives that participants of the business forum can work towards under the banner of African ICT Achievers Awards. The forum will ensure that collectively we achieve these objectives," says ForgeAhead MD Jane Mosebi.
The forum is designed to promote ICT investments, capacity building and innovation in Africa. Particularly the youth, women in ICT, civil society and the SME sector are hoped to benefit, says Mosebi.
The African ICT Achievers Awards ceremony will take place on 29 October. Winners will convene for the forum on 31 October at Gallagher Estate.
