A legal investigation into documents seized at Verizion Business`s Gallo Manor office is ongoing.

Cliffe Dekker attorney Sue Hayes, acting on behalf of Verzion, says the legal firm is unable to comment until the matter has been concluded.

On 31 August 2006, the emergency search and seizure operation by forensic investigators at Verizon`s Gallo Manor offices was completed and the information is now being investigated. The matter was reportedly instigated by competitor Internet Solutions.

The emergency search and seizure operation was undertaken after an Anton Piller court order was issued that saw all staff locked in for the duration of the search.

The investigation by a team of lawyers was due to be completed last week, said Cliffe Dekker attorney Eugene Bester. Lawyers involved in the investigation include Internet Solutions` attorneys, independent attorneys and the court sheriff.
