Axiz introduces wireless printers that care for the environment

Lexmark has two new wireless printers on the market which take multi-functionality to a new level.

The X9575 handles a professional network environment with ease, while the X6575 is the perfect home office solution. Distributed by Axiz, both products print, copy, scan and fax, and also offer environmentally-friendly double-sided printing.

Ntebeng Ramushi, Axiz Category Manager: Lexmark, says that apart from the impressive double-sided printing and high-yield cartridges, the printing is also exceptionally fast.

"The X9575 delivers up to 33 pages per minute on black and 28 per minute on colour printing. The quality is superior with 4 800 x 1 200dpi resolution and users can print Microsoft Office documents and PDFs directly from USB Flash drives," she says.

Users gain freedom and flexibility with built-in 802.11g wireless technology. This delivers high-quality printing from virtually anywhere over a secure wireless network, and the printers can be shared among multiple computers.

The fax functionality includes up to a 50-page capacity auto document feeder for multiple-page faxing and copying, and there are 99 speed dials as well as redial, caller ID and up to a 100-page fax memory. Keen photographers can admire and edit their work in a 2.4-inch colour display and also print directly from a digital memory card. The Lexmark Productivity Studio software makes it easy to crop, rotate, resize or apply effects.

The scan options offer up to 1 200 x 4 800dpi optical resolution and the flatbed scanner easily handles thick books, reports and more. Enjoy one-touch PC-free copying - colour or black - and has a reduction or enlargement capacity from 25% to 400%.
