Cordys, a global provider of business process management, or BPM, suite, has formed a strategic alliance with Computer Sciences Corporation to provide a new breed of innovative business process-driven solutions, says RTT News.
The new business process-driven solutions will be deployed on the Cordys business operations platform, and implemented and optimised using the consulting, systems integration, delivery and application management expertise of CSC, a global player in providing technology-enabled solutions and services.
The Netherlands-based Cordys noted that its unique SOA-based business operations platform enables customers to design, execute, monitor and improve business processes more rapidly, with better performance, and with greater adaptability than any other available solution.
MBF selects SunGard
MBF, part of leading health insurer Bupa Australia, has selected SunGard's EXP solution for business process management and enterprise content management, states ECM Connection.
MBF will use SunGard's EXP for end-to-end claims processing, document management and integrated workflows across sales and delivery channels in order to help achieve greater visibility and operational efficiency of business processes, higher quality of service and increased client satisfaction.
Integrated with business process management capability from SunGard's Infinity Process Platform, EXP will provide process modelling and simulation, operations monitoring and visibility across both multiple systems and departmental boundaries.
Baltic Software, Avaya partner
Baltic Software Solutions and international telecommunication company Avaya have signed a partnership agreement, reports Bobsguide.
According to the agreement Baltic Software Solution can take advantages of Avaya's experience in IP telephony.
As a result, these advantages will be supplemented with IP telephony possibilities and offered to clients as a complete integrated solution for business process management.
