Leap Hospitality introduces PM tool

Leap Hospitality has launched its own Internet-based project management tool to the hospitality industry, reports Market Watch.

LeapLink was developed to help track contacts, specification, documents, procurement, warehousing, installation, and service for large-scale furniture, fixtures and equipment or operating supplies and equipment hospitality projects.

LeapLink provides query capabilities to run reports by project, project area, and equipment type. It also helps run project budget and current estimate reports.

Genius Inside, a provider of on-demand project management solutions, has released Genius Project, a collaborative portfolio and project management solution, says MarketWatch.

"Because Genius Project is software-as-a-service, it allows organisations of all kinds to improve their businesses with very little, if any, upfront costs," says Chrisophe Borlat, CEO of Genius Inside.

The Genius Project on-demand solution is useful for organisations with external suppliers or partners in their production process as it allows users to employ the virtual workplace to manage projects and processes and collaborate with colleagues and partners internally and externally.

CSM Software, a provider of advanced engineering software and services, has partnered with Actano Group, a software solutions and consulting services provider, for the optimisation of product development projects and processes, reports PR-Inside.

Based on the performance of the Collaborative Project Management Software RPlan in Germany, and its introduction throughout Europe, and in the USA and Japan, Actano continues to expand its offering into world markets.

The partnership focuses on marketing RPlan in the Indian sub-continent and on cooperating on consulting projects targeted to optimise product development for India's globally aspiring OEMs and suppliers in automotive, aerospace and general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and the IT and telecoms industries.
